You Are My Sunshine
the song titled you are my sunshine always makes me think of suicide. its totally a song someone would listen to before they killed themselves, or the song that would be playing in a movie when a mother first discovers her child has committed suicide. it just seems perfect for any of the scenarios relating to suicide, whether its a kid wishing his parents loved him or it playing pushing the kid over the edge. i dunno, I'm just morbid i guess. it just makes me sad to hear it.

I always get that feeling with Somewhere Over The Rainbow. I was pleased that it was used in that way in Face Off. Face off was a horrible crapfest, but I do like that scene where Judy Garland can be heard with a slo-mo gunfight montage.
